• Vegetable stuffed mushrooms with a balsamic reduction
• Teriyaki bacon wrapped scallops with a brown sugar ginger sauce
• Beef tips with cherry bordeaux sauce

Soup or Salad

• Seafood edamame bisque topped with fried kohlrabi
• Mixed greens with pears, pecans, marinated red onion and tomatoes with pear vinaigrette

All entrees served with wild rice and grilled asparagus

  4 oz filed topped with crab meat and hollandaise sauce

  Baked chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, sage and provolone, topped with a sherry sage cream sauce
