Cheese Tray — Assorted cheese, marcona almonds, honeycomb (Serves Two)
Lobster Mac and Cheese — Butter poached lobster, creamy mascarpone cheese sauce
Prime Beef Carpaccio — Thin sliced prime filet with arugula, shaved grana and Dijon vinaigrette

Soup or Salad
Crab Bisque with crème fraiche and caviar
Mixed greens with candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese, sun-dried cherries and balsamic vinaigrette
Caesar Salad with white anchovy and shaved grana cheese

All entrees served with Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes or Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Beef Wellington — Prime filet mignon with wild mushroom duxelle wrapped in puffed pastry
Stuffed Maine Lobster Tail — baked lump crab meat stuffed 5 oz. lobster finished with compound butter
Chicken Two Ways — Confit leg and thigh with a crispy seared chicken breast, white bean puree, roasted cippolini onion, crispy pancetta and white truffle oil
Pan Seared Halibut — Fresh halibut, tomato confit, 12 year aged balsamic of Modena
