Casper Country Club’s tennis facility is made up of five hard courts. The courts are available to members of the Club and their guests, as well as attendees of our tennis clinics and tennis tournaments. To reserve court time, please call the Pro Shop at (307) 235-5777 ext. 2.
Casper Country Club Tennis Rules
The General Manager and the Golf Professional are held responsible for the enforcement of these rules and they may interpret these rules as necessary with the full authority of the Board of Directors.
Guest Fees
All members must check in and register in the Tennis Pro Shop to play. All members will register their guests and sign a guest fee ticket for all applicable guest fees.
Lessons
There is a seasonal tennis staff member on duty at the tennis courts from the end of school through the beginning of school, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM. Private, semi-private and group lessons are available for children and adults. Please call the Club Administration Office or the Tennis Pro Shop for lesson-fee information. Only individuals authorized by the General Manager are allowed to give lessons for pay on the club courts.
Attire
Proper footwear (tennis shoes) only and appropriate tennis clothes including shirts will be worn at all times on the courts. During inclement weather slacks, jackets, etc., are permissible. Bathing suits or trunks, and jeans or cut-offs are not appropriate dress.
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are not permitted on the courts. Beverage coolers and food hampers are prohibited in the tennis area. Food and beverages are available from the club. There are vending machines at the Pro Shop to provide beverages for consumption before, during and after play.
Reserving a Court
To reserve a court for a specific time, a member must contact the Tennis Pro Shop either in person or by telephone (Summer only).
Age Requirements
Courts may be reserved by adults (18 years and older) any time except during clinics, tournaments, or special events, up to seven days in advance.
Availability
Courts may be signed for any time they are not reserved or in use providing the party signing is ready to play.
Limitations
There is no limit to the times a player may play. However, the players may reserve for only one period at a time.
Non-Members
A non-member may use the tennis facility a total of six (6) times per year, as an invited guest of a member having tennis privileges. Guests who are immediate family members as defined in item number one (1) of the House Rules and Regulations are permitted eight (8) visits annually if accompanied by the member. The member will be charged $5 per visit for each guest. Guests must register in the Tennis Pro Shop by filling out the guest card provided by the Club.
